Help me with Yoo Apps

Hello, I hired a developer and he used Yoo Apps theme stating that he has developer license. Now, I had a problem with browser compatibility. Now, he is banned from forum. I am unable to access him. He used teamviewer to develop it in wamp localhost. Now I am struck as I am not sure how to solve that. Can I expect any help and fix here? Or should I only contact that developer and get it done? Tx

Hi - The Developer member held the license for the template that would have been installed on your site. If he installed it, you are okay as far as the installation, and would not need to purchase a license for your site. That said, the support also extended to the Developer. Without some sort of membership for yourself, which would entitle you to the appropriate support in these forums, you would either need to hire another Developer, or purchase your own membership.

Hi - I can pass your bug report along to the programmers. If it is confirmed, and the affected files are subsequently modified, you wouldn't have access to download them without a membership at some level.

I cannot guarantee they will post the fix in the forums, as that would support everyone, regardless of whether they purchased the product or not.

Hmmm! I would be happy if you can atlest solve the bug and pass me the files thro PM or skype as I am the bug finder. If you are not interested, No problem. I can hire some CSS designer to do the job. I just felt you can be better than them. Anyways thanks.

Hi - Before any decision is made on how any fix will be distributed, a fix must first be found and testing done to confirm the fix works. Let's wait until the fix is found.

Yes, I can show you the fix. When it happens. Just come to me in skype. I added you. There I can share the screen and show you.

Then you can fix.

Then giving me the access or denying and putting me in trouble is up to your team :)

Hi - If you have the fix, you can post the URL, or PM it to me. The fix details would also be appreciated. However, if you have the fix, I don't understand what you are asking for, or to what you need access.

Please PM me the user name of the Developer that got banned. Thanks!

What I mean by I can show you the fix is, I can show you when and where the problem happens, I mean the problem. Then you can fix. But I think you are not interested. I will take care friends. Bi!

Also the developer is from DP forum. Not this forum. A person from DP PMed me during my discussion and got me these. I forgot to add in previous post. Tx anyways.
