Since you have waited so long I installed sh404SEF and modified MY FP and MY FP Slider to translate the links in Item names, please note that this works ONLY with sh404SEF not default joomla one, there is no more Itemid redirection of news items to frontpage when you click on module links. This is is Joomla 1.5.4 Demo version of Equalizer and is for Club Members only. Once you loged in you need to go to sh404SEF component and enable it.
