Issues with form buttons, Error Message
Hello,
I would like to start by saying how much I LOVE YouGrids. It has made working with Joomla considerably easier and more customization (from a design side). I am attempting to customize and fix a couple things, if someone would be willing to point me into the right direction, I would be more than pleased. http://i.imgur.com/pu5VzYY.png -------------- The above happens whenever someone posts in Kunena Forum, or registers for the website. My hope is to make this message more of a blue or green so it doesn't seem quite so much like an error message. I'm fairly decent at developing and customizing html/css, so if I'm pointed in the right direction (YouGrids is massive), I should be able to adjust it myself. - any help is HIGHLY appreciated. :) This next issue may be a bit more tricky, I think I've narrowed down the section of code, however if possible, I'd like to have it pointed out because this issue is a bit more major and seems like it may be a bit more tricky to resolve. http://i.imgur.com/IxKLQZV.png -------------- This is the add file section of posting within Kunena Forum. http://i.imgur.com/54OZTb2.pnghttp://i.imgur.com/54OZTb2.png (limited 5 images). -------------- This is the profile edit ssection of Kunena Forum. http://i.imgur.com/HeMqk2J.png -------------- This is a simple form in ALFContact. The three pictures above are issues I've seen come up constantly in YouGrids, and I believe it has something to do with how it displays simple Forms. If possible, I'd like to be pointed to the section of code where this resides, and ideally given an opinion as to what is necessary to resolve it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for any and all help. - Samuel -------------- I have edited index.php to include some necessary code that actually has had no effect on the issues I'm having (that I know of), it has been some stylesheet and javascript put into the header to add a chatbox and progress bars. |

I want to start by saying thank you so very much, you have been incredibly helpful.
The contact us form wasn't possible to have on the live website. Here's the link to it: Alpha Also, what is that editor you're using? isn't it like...chrome developer tools, I think? |
When it comes to finding the best route between two points, can be a daunting task. With so many online mapping services, it can be hard to know which one to trust. The best route finder is one that is accurate, reliable, and user-friendly. https://routefinderhq.com/best-gps-for-overlanding/

Hello Samuel,
Thank you for your kind words about YouGrids. I'm glad to hear that it has been helpful for you in working with Joomla. Regarding your first issue, the message that appears when someone posts in Kunena Forum or registers for the website is likely being generated by a Joomla system message. You can customize the appearance of system messages by modifying the CSS styles in the template's stylesheet. To do this, you can look for the following classes in the stylesheet: .alert (for the red background) .alert-success (for the green background) .alert-info (for the blue background) You can change the background color, text color, and other properties of these classes to customize the appearance of the message. For your second issue, it's not entirely clear what the problem is from the screenshot you provided. However, if you believe that it is related to how YouGrids displays simple forms, you can try looking for the relevant code in the template's PHP files or the Joomla core files. You may also want to check if there are any relevant CSS styles that are affecting the appearance of the form. Regarding your edit to index.php, if the code you added is related to the issues you're experiencing, it may be helpful to remove it temporarily to see if it has any effect on the issues. If the issues persist after removing the code, it's likely that the problem is elsewhere in the template or in Joomla itself. I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. foundation repair |
hank you for your kind words about YouGrids. I am glad to hear that it has made working with Joomla easier and more customizable for you.
Regarding your question, I would be happy to help point you in the right direction for customizing and fixing any issues you may be experiencing. If you could provide more details about the specific issue you are trying to fix, I may be able to offer more targeted guidance. If the issue is related to a section of code, please provide the code in question along with any error messages or unexpected behavior that you are seeing. This will help me better understand the issue and provide more specific guidance on how to resolve it. Once I have a better understanding of the issue, I will do my best to point you in the right direction and help you find a solution. www.gilbertphotobooth.com |
