The parameter file /templates/youmovies/params.ini is unwritable

Hi i have downloaded the template (youmovies) after paying for the platinum subscription. I also uploaded to the server via joomla 1.5 which was successful and defaulted the template. Still I don't have have the ability to alter or tweak the template the error message I see i: The parameter file /templates/youmovies/params.ini is unwritable. Can some one help plz.

the change will take affect no matter if params.ini is unwrittable , that is joomla default security , just after change close and open the browser again
