Hi

I am looking at the purchase of this template, please could you let me know the following.

Will it support Media Box?

Is it possible to have a logo right across the top of the site rather than just to the left? Will that cause any issues?

Will Flash images work on this site?

Finally, to have installation help and 30 day post installation help, do I just need the $35 Template package or do I need the $45 Silver?

Is there anything else I might need to purchase from you for this?

Yes it supports Mbox, to have logo go across you need to edit the site layout , yes flash can be implemented with no issues. installation support is for any customer , shop or club member but full demo with extensions used is for club members only

Ok, so if I bought the Silver Membership, would that get me the fully installed demo version and would you also be able to help with the edit to allow a larger logo to be used at the top?

The top logo image being larger is critical to me being able to use this template.

It needs to be at least 426 x 110 and the logo on Elegance is only 330 x 80?

Can you please tell me if this change can be done without screwing up the layout?

as for changes , anything can be done to edit the template but you need some css knowledge

I think you missunderstood, my question was, CAN it be done, not would you do it. :)

With regard to an install, if I need that to be done, how soon would that happen.

I would need to have this installed in a sub directory while I build the basic layout
and work on the site. I assume it will not be an issue to then move it to the root
directory?

Would anything need to be changed during a move to the root?

Finally, as I have a member ID, how do I purchase a Silver Membership as it is asking
for a Login Name (User ID) and when I put mine in, it says it is already taken?
Do I just login and then leave this blank?

Any template can be edited.. but remember, if you use a larger logo, then the other space will be limited. Once you start editing the template, be prepared to make the other fixes. If you have not done template editing before, do not expect this to be something your going to just pick up in a day.

To purchase a membership, you aren't creating a new membership, you are upgrading your existing membership.

Go to the Front Page.. Log-In as normal.. click the link "membership details" in the upper right hand corner.. use the Add/Renew subscription form to upgrade your membership.
