Help with purchased template
 

Hi, I need help with a purchased template (you travel) and in particular with the news slider module that from this morning stopped to work and give us a blank page.
My society purchased the template from you in january ,now I am the person that take care of all the site and I have no more the log in details of the original purchased account and the person who did it is away and I am working at his place.
How can I do ? Can you help me please?
