I am a current member whose membership is about to expire. I sent mail on your contact form regarding an upgrade question about 4 days ago and also left a message on your voice mail. I have not received a response.

Could someone please let me know how long it will take to receive an answer to my mail?

ok answer to your question is , additional membership ads on to your existing one,

if you have 5 days left and purchase 6 months it will be 6 months and five days , not 5 months and 25 days
