Successful payment, but nothing in my subscriptions page
 

Sorry for rushing the things a bit, but i need to start my website "yesterday" so i have to do it.

I've made the payment for YouPortfolio, got the confirmation (sales receipt) on my e-mail, the money are withdrawn from my account, but on the "Your Subscriptions" page i still see only the free membership.

When should i expect to be able to download the template? If you need my order number or anything else let me know.
