Can hear audio but no video

Hello,

I added two sample movie files
One is .mp4 the other is a hinted .mov
When i try playing them i can hear the sound but no video shows.

Is it something to do with the way i converted the files?
The files work file by themselfs.

Thanks in advance

is it is file conversion , best bet is go flv

Ok i'll do that thanks again
But doesn't it say it supports mp4 and mov etc?

Thanks later

sure does but if files header compression is used it wont play them and if not compressed it ends up in bit larger size so most files you find out there will end up not showing video
