Delay for changes to take effect
 

Whenever I make changes, such as changing a logo or the label on the top, drop-down menu in the Medicus template, it appears to take minutes/hours/days for the changes to take effect, even when I clear my browser cache, or switch browsers.

I'm sure this is something to do with the web servers cache.

Is there anything I can do to make the changes take effect immediately or at least manually trigger a refresh somehow?

That is the server cash and its taking a while to notice the change.
You can try to work on local and then just transfer the demo on your server.
