Solved: URLs for SSL-enabled Menu Items dont...

I have set \SSL Enabled\ to \On\ for a menu item, yet the corresponding URL does not contain \https\ but instead the standard \http\. Im not sure whether this is an issue with the template (\MyBlog\ ) or with Joomla 1.5.7. Can anyone offer advice? (site = rpmfest.com -> Vendors -> Register)

Additional note: An SSL certificate was correctly installed, and this was confirmed by my Hosting provider).
