Looking for a TV show template?

I've been googling around for a nice news / tv template and I found Youshow, which might be what I'm looking for the project I have but before buying it.

I want to ask if its possible to customize the template to look like this website?

Having the main video display on the top and all the sub thumbnail videos.

My project is to build an Arabic news TV station with option of having a live stream like ustream.
