ok friends , sorry for the delay but in last stage of testing the new extensions we discovered new bug in php 5.2.8 , so a big rework is needed. We rather be late than have you load forums with same bug . we hope you understand.

But here is summ down
Live search while typing including full native search support for Fireboard and Mosets Tree,
template is 98% done just waiting on few small test results,

oo P.S working on Bump it plugin as well so now you know big time busy,

and http://www.live.com/ but the difference is that the admin has full power over search results in joomla and look and feel of the search box itself

Will customers be able to upload pics and provide a description for their own properties? For example, say I charged....$5 or so for to create a FSBO or for rent type listing on their own properties can they pay my piper and get access to create their own listing?

that would be full managed submit listings component , no we are not making that . this demo is more admin oriented . what I mean administrator decides what is in the listings and so on, customers are provided information to. but it is not bad idea. if we figure out a workaround we will implement it in demo
