Cant view club forums

I have tried logging out then logging back in, and read the rules - what am I missing? I cannot see the hidden forums, even with my Gold membership.

you are shop member , your download system is in the shop ,
please read purchase email you received , there are all instruction on how to get the files and support , here is download info again
