Hi bought the 3 month membership plan, and I cannot get a single download no matter how hard I try every time I get the same message that says ''interrupted'' . I am new to this site but it seems to me that something is not alright. How am I supposed to get the template I need when you guys do not permit a single download and the more you try the less attempts you have left , it seem to my like a catch 22. I also sent numerous emails and did not receive any solution to my problem only general responses like '' please note that you have limited amount of attempts'' Yes I know that and when I am trying to download something is because I have attempts left but soon I run out of them for every time I get the same interrupted file. Please I need a solution not a response that does not make any sense.

Make sure you don't have any download limits on YOUR network , not on our side ,
do not use any download managers simply click on a file ,try different browsers , Firefox works without any issues, all 70K members are using same download section so i am prety sure that there is something no your end

But when it gets interrupted how big is the file? My guess is exactly as big as the one you try to download, so the file is ok then. Just unzip and when it does the file is ok.

You could also try opera, look at download and download size in the downloads tab, just unpack and don't do anything like resume. Should be ok.
