Where is Bumpit support

I purchased the Bumpit 2.0 module/plugin for use with Joomla 2.5 & K2. But seems no one admins are reading the You Bumpit Module and You Bumpit Plugin forums. Where is support for this?

I found some urgent issues using Joomla! 2.5.6 & K2 v2.5.7.

- module not sorting by most bumped
- module not showing K2 article images

Could an admin look into these issues?

Correct me if I'm wrong. I tested this out using different templates.

Unfortunately I have to resort to a monolog but I think I see the situation now. These two features are not implemented to work with K2 and work out of the box using regular articles.

I have to say your product presentation is rather unclear which as in my case can lead to a big misunderstanding. Without a working module, I don't see much use for the plugin with K2 articles.

One thing I did discover is that if I put an image inside the article, Bumpit module shows that image. So if there is only an "Item image" for the K2 article, it doesn't work.

Any plans for a fully working Bumpit module?

I was checking the issues, and i can see that the version 2.5.7 of K2 is giving the issues. I will contact the head admin and i will let you know about as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply and good to know that these issues are being looked at.

Could you please let me know if there is any news at all. It's a little unsettling that I saw quite a few "will contact head admin" posts related to the bumpit extension that were left unresolved. However I believe this is an issue of utmost importance.
