Where do I find the newsletter module at the upper right side of the sportonline template? I would like to change the title name.

It is a Custom module found in the "inset" position, you can change the title and text there.

Hello,
you can change the title and text in the Custom module found in the "inset" position, however the acual "newletter" title you can't change from there. I 'm trying to figure out where do I find the module that has "newletter" as the title?

Yes it is an image next to "newsletter" tab. How do I edit the Newsletter link title?

I opened the image in photoshop and changed the text to my language, and replaced it in template/images folder on my server via FTP...
Same with site tools...
