image slider is not working

Hello, I purchased the template listed below and tried to install the mod_image_slider but when I checked the admin, the image slider was not there. I tried to upload it with dreamweaver and also with the joomla admin install uploader. Both methods have not worked. Can you help me in getting the image slider to work? Thank you for your help.

I use Joomla 1.5.9
