Even though your product doesn't work as advertised. Nice. I'm stuck with your template because people know it and I need the consistency, but I've had so many problems and I'm not going to keep paying for a subscription every time your template fails.

well what can I say , you upgraded from 1.5 to 2.5 and need 2.5 module version which is included if you upgrade and difference between 1.5 and 2.5 is HUGE, so 1.5 mod version will not work on 2.5, , I cannot help you otherwise. I browsed your previous posts any you where ok in all cases , just needed some guidance which does not mean that our product does not work.

And what is so hugely different about it?

Most of the problems I've had, I've paid my tech guy to correct. So yes, there is a problem and you've already cost me money.
