I just signed up for a Free membership account and login successfully.
However, I encountered the same error message when I try to download the free Joomla Extensions, specifically the TabNews.

I've tried resetting the password a few times, logout, clear all browser history, using IE 7 and Firefox 3 on 3 different computers at different time/location but the problem persists.

Can help?
