I have bought 2 templates and have paid by Credit card. the code I received from paypal i passed for download. Here I get the following message

The registration code you entered has already been used or is not valid. Please try again.

I have not downloaded, that is, what you can check also - and this code has not been used by me - what to do, it is U R G E N T:angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

I changed my mind, can I get a gold membership for that 2 template please ?

paypal is not sending you the code, email that you get from us is the code and it is case sensitive, please find the right email and try again
