Keep Getting Blocked by your web server

Hi,

I'm a paying customer but having been able to access your website Joomla Templates Club - Premium Joomla Templates for months now. It looks like I can get to browse the site for a few minutes but then I get locked out (connection times out). After testing from another ISP, it seems like your web server is blocking my ip address (173.73.7.120) which I can't get renewed very easily. I'm on a dynamically assigned IP address from my ISP and the lease time is anywhere from 7 to 14 days or more. I'm able to post this thread because I finnally got my ips tech support to force a renew of the ip address. But this is not easily done and the time I spent on the phone w/ them is not worthwhile if this is what I have to do to access your site.

I tried sending email to the paypal email account but no replies and it's really frustrating that I can't use my subscription which I paid for months ago.

Hi

I looked up your member info, and your IP is not blocked.

I don't even get far enough to login to the members area. I get blocked by just browsing the site looking at new templates, reading the blog, etc.

I would be very lucky if I can get to use your web site for a few minutes before your server just completely locks me out.

The only way I can access the site again is by going through another ISP.

This is why I think either your hosting provider and/or your webmaster has something misconfiguration which is blocking legitimate users from visiting your site. Just imagine if I'm a prospective buyer who is looking to see what templates you have to offer and this issue occurred. I wouldn't spend one second trying to troubleshoot the issue and I'll move on to another joomla template provider.

I unfortunately paid for a membership which haven't been able to use in almost a year and I'm sorry to report, I won't be renewing to just continue to have the same issue.

I hope someone will identify the issue and fix it.

Hi - Please let me know what you mean by you "get blocked by just browsing the site", etc. Can you send a screen shot so I can see the exact issue? If you paid for a membership, and haven't been able to use it for almost a year, did you report that issue previously? I find it difficult to believe that you would silent for so long and only complain when your membership expiration is nearing, and you raise the complaint as justification for not renewing your membership.

Could be the browser issue.
Clean your browser history.
Clean your browser cache.
Try with different browser, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera...
