What's going on!?

Hi1 There ...

I cannot insert anything else other than plain text on the threads. When trying a page with "Forbidden" appears. I'd tried that on the extension forum and the developer forum (since I have a developer subscription)

I'd tried to PM the forums moderators, in plain text this time. The same error page appears. I rarely need support, however when I need it I expect it to be at least able to ask for it.

Could anyone please explain!?
