News Line II Demo Installation Issues

I've attempted to install the News Line II Demo Template several times and continuously get the following message when I type mysite.com/administrator

1. ftp upload just fine
2. typed in my url and the site came up fine
3. typed mysite.com/adminstrator and the following appeared:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

you are missing admin files, reupload administrator folder
