I evidently didnt download a demo. I did upload the 1.5 to the server. Are you saying I should upload the l.0.15? The server is supposed to work with 1.5 (guess they could sometimes have it but not understand it, giggle???.)

This is your Joomla error not template if it is template it would say
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in

/home/churchre/public_html/templates/newsline/index.php on line 11

upload the demo J1.5.2 and install it , here is info how to install J1.5
