Countdown not displaying date

Hi,
I have installed the module and can see it on the Events page, but as you can tell I do not see the timer.

I have it setup just like your demo page: Joomla! Templates, Joomla! Extensions and Wordpress Themes Demo

Any idea why it is not showing up?
