I am new to youjoomla and having install issues

I tried installing your zip file and by loading the directories to the /tmp/ and then callling the install from /tmp/ but on two different sites, I have one with jhost working but failed on JHOST_Demo_.5 and on another site newsline failed and NewsLineII_Demo failed

I have paid $55 for the gold membership and appreciate the templates and download tool but if it can 't be installed its not helping me.

What must I do to have it loaded with the sample content so I can begin building out my websites?
